Intermediate Pilates

Intermediate Pilates is for people already introduced to Pilates and furthers your understanding and skill. Pilates conditions your entire body. Feel stronger and more balanced with our Pilates classes. If you're brand new to Pilates or haven't done it for a while our Beginner Classes are essential. Our trainers will work with you to prepare you for the various exercises and equipment available at our studio.

You will continue to learn and improve through a series of mat exercises, workouts, and pilates sequences.

Improve posture, flexibility, and your core with our improver class in Market Harborough, Leicestershire. Pilates focuses on your core, posture, and your back with an emphasis on spinal alignment and developing a strong core through a series of positions that tone the whole body. This can all lead to a better feeling of well being and build muscle endurance. You are also encouraged to breathe properly, so it helps you to relax.

Mats and all equipment is provided, all you need to do is wear comfortable clothing and bring water.
