Pilates for Beginners

Pilates is a great way to condition your entire body. If you want to feel stronger and more balanced then Pilates is a great way to achieve total body improvement. If you're brand new to Pilates or haven't done it for a while our Beginner Classes are essential. Our trainers will work with you to prepare you for the various exercises and equipment available at our studio.

You will learn through a series of mat exercises, a mild workout, and a pilates sequence.

Our professional Pilates coaches will welcome you regardless of your ability or fitness to our Pilates Studio in Market Harborough Leicestershire.

Who is Pilates for?

Pilates is for everyone, whether you are an office worker, triathlete, keep fit fanatic, or new to exercise, Pilates can be enjoyed by everyone. Pilates is about personal development and a professional teacher will be able to progress and develop you at your own pace and ability.

Our classes

Pilates focuses on your core, posture, and your back with an emphasis on spinal alignment and developing a strong core through a series of positions that tone the whole body. This can all lead to a better feeling of well being and build muscle endurance. You are also encouraged to breathe properly, so it helps you to relax.

Moving on

Only when you and our trainers feel you are ready will you move on to our Intermediate Pilates Classes.

What do I need?

Mats and all equipment is provided, all you need to do is wear comfortable clothing and bring water.
