Welcome to Pilates for kids with Leo and Ben from Harborough pilates centre in Leicestershire, UK.

We set up this free youtube video during lockdown as a means for primary school age kids, parents and carers to have the opportunity to try Pilates.

The videos are presented by Ben, a qualified Pilates teacher, and his son Leo aged 7 who is a Pilates beginner.

What benefits does pilates offer for children?

An opportunity to improve concentration, relax, increase body awareness, strength and flexibility. Best of all the videos are fun!
